Phase I has a 110,000 square foot Lowe's Home Improvement Center that opened Summer 2004. Phase II accommodates 89,755 square feet of retail anchors and shops with Chili's Grill & Bar Restaurant and one additional pad. The site backs up to 92 residential lots being developed by Richmond America.
