City Place is an existing 350,000 square foot center anchored by Marshalls and Burlington Coat Factory.  Tenants include Nine West, Footaction USA, Gold’s Gym, Moby Dick Seafood, Ben & Jerry’s, Noodles & Company, Ruby Tuesday and Chipotle.

Adjacent to City Place is a thriving downtown, complete with a bustling pedestrian mall, the world headquarters of Discovery Communications, the American Film Institute Silver Theatre and Cultural Center, Borders Books & Music, Whole Foods, Stadium Seating Majestic Movie Theater, Pier 1 Imports, Austin Grill, Panera Bread, Macaroni Grill, Courtyard Marriott and many others.

Petrie Ross Ventures acquired ownership and management in July 2007.  A complete new merchandising, re-tenanting and face lift is already underway.
